Since founding Henning Strategies, Vince has provided principled counsel in the service of his clients across a wide spectrum of practice areas: corporate formation and governance, regulatory and internal investigations, criminal and civil defense, and Title IX and victim advocacy.

A former executive in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, he has extensive experience coordinating across multiple agencies and jurisdictions and responding to highly sensitive situations under intense media scrutiny. Vince served as lead counsel in response to the “Annie Dookhan” drug lab scandals in Massachusetts, led the government’s team during the highly technical and complex breathalyzer litigation, and was called upon to serve as special advisor to the Massachusetts State Police Office of Alcohol Testing.

In addition to successfully representing targets of federal investigations and clients in state civil and criminal cases, Vince has conducted complex internal investigations for educational institutions, financial services firms, and large law practices.

Vince continues his dedication to public service as an officer in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps and serves as a Trustee of the Grand Army of the Republic Hall and Museum.

Vince is a graduate of Dickinson College, magna cum laude, phi beta kappa, and Boston University School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Science & Technology.  Vince also studied internationally at the Robert K. Nilson center for European Studies.  He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
